ShineWing Australia is a leading Australian owned advisory and accounting firm with an 80 year history of servicing local and international clients.

The brief was to design a graduate recruitment campaign and strategy with an emphasis on the firm’s values to challenge and encourage candidates to apply for positions at ShineWing Australia. Our design approach was guided by research and our understanding of the key segment and audience.

We used illustration and animation to visually communicate the career path and locations that graduates would experience in a diverse work environment. The combination of illustration, still and video photography of recent graduates were used to communicate the key messages throughout the campaign. The campaign items included a website, on-line advertisements, banners, postcards and items for campus events.
